Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager, located in Gurugram. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and crafting effective strategies to drive sales growth. Additional responsibilities include market research, collaborating with the sales team, creating proposals, and meeting sales targets set by the organization. The role also involves participating in negotiations, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Opportunity Identification, and Negotiation
  • Experience in Proposal Writing and Presentation Creation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI metrics
  • Team player with collaborative and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills are highly desirable
