Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lead Generation, End-to-End Sales, and Deal Closure, with a solid background in Data Product Information Management (PIM/MDM) and eCommerce solutions. This role requires hands-on experience selling to clients across US, UK, and Middle East markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities across global markets (US, UK, Middle East)

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure

  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on PIM / MDM solutions (70%) and eCommerce solutions (30%)

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions

  • Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing, and commercial negotiations

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and market trends

  • Represent the company in virtual meetings, demos, and client presentations


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales

  • Proven experience in Revenue Generation and Lead Generation

  • Strong domain expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) / Master Data Management (MDM)(high priority)

  • Hands-on experience selling eCommerce solutions

  • Proven track record of closing complex deals

  • Experience selling into US, UK, and Middle East markets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
