This is a high-impact role for a sharp, globally exposed sales professional who thrives on hunting, relationship-building, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Revenue Growth

  • Own and deliver revenue targets across assigned European markets
  • Build and scale a strong sales pipeline through structured hunting and conversion strategies
  • Identify and penetrate new geographies, key accounts, and distribution channels

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Acquire and develop high-value B2B clients, including retailers, distributors, and buying houses
  • Lead client meetings, showcase collections, and deliver tailored solutions
  • Build long-term partnerships with a strong focus on repeat business and retention

Strategic Business Development

  • Drive entry into untapped markets and niche segments within Europe
  • Translate market insights into actionable sales and product strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client and market needs

Market Intelligence & Trend Insights

  • Track European consumer trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns
  • Provide strategic inputs to refine product positioning and go-to-market approach

Global Exposure & Networking

  • Represent the brand at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums
  • Build a strong professional network across key European markets

Execution Excellence

  • Ensure seamless coordination with merchandising, production, and CSR teams
  • Drive timely order execution, delivery, and superior client experience

Financial Discipline

  • Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and adherence to DSO targets
  • Drive profitable revenue growth aligned with business goals

Qualifications & Experience

Experience & Exposure

  • 712 years in international business development, with strong exposure to European markets
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
  • Prior experience in jewelry, luxury, or lifestyle categories preferred

Capability & Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive revenue and profitability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High market orientation with strong analytical and research capabilities
