We need a Senior BDM / City Lead in Mumbai who already has relationships with corporate-focused architects, workplace designers, and large D&B / GC firms.

UNIDUS Acoustics is one of India's established acoustic solutions companies with a 40-year legacy. We design, manufacture, supply, and install customised acoustic products for corporate interiors, institutional spaces, and hospitality. Our work spans 1,500+ projects and 2,800+ architect relationships. New in-house PET acoustic manufacturing facility launching in 2026.
The Role
You will be our first dedicated presence in Mumbai. This is not an order-taking position you will independently build our client base, manage the full sales cycle, and grow Mumbai into a revenue centre with its own team.
You will:
Build relationships with 30 key accounts: corporate-focused architects, workplace designers, D&B firms, and GCs
Get UNIDUS specified at the design stage NRC values, product codes, colours in BOQs
Manage quotations, sampling, order execution, delivery, and payment collection
Report market intelligence: competitor activity, project pipelines, pricing trends
Hire 12 junior BDMs once revenue traction is established; grow to 100 active accounts in 1218 months
You must have:
512 years B2B sales in building materials, interiors, ceilings, or fit-out products
Active relationships with corporate-focused architectural firms and/or large D&B/GC firms in Mumbai
Understanding of specification-driven sales (architects specify, contractors purchase)
Comfort working independently without a local office or team initially
Nice to have:
Experience with acoustic panels, ceiling tiles, wall cladding, or PET products
Network includes PMCs who influence material decisions
Familiarity with LEED / IGBC / WELL certification requirements
CRM comfort (we use Zoho)
