- Zone Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the designated zone(s), aligning with the company's overall business strategy.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding Fenesta's market presence within the zone, including new territories and customer segments.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze competitor activities within the zone to adapt strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute significantly to the company's overall revenue, while effectively managing the zone's sales budget.
- Quotation preparation preparing quotations on Window Maker software after initial survey of the customer location.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate resources and control expenses to maximize profitability within the designated zone(s).
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients within the zone, nurturing and converting leads into profitable business relationships.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Architects and developers accounts: manage mapped architects and developers accounts and create new ones.
- Sales team: Work in Close coordination with sales team for closure.
- Performance Management: Regularly assess the performance of team members, providing feedback and guidance to help them meet and exceed their performance targets.
- Collaboration: with service (installation ) team to ensure smooth installation and customer experience.
- Proposal Development: Create comprehensive business proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and strategies tailored to client requirements within the zone(s).

- Suppliers: Interact with suppliers and partners for materials and services, negotiating terms, and building effective supply chain relationships to support business growth.
