Job Description

Duration: 3 Months Full Time Internship

Stipend: ₹15,000/month

Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, your goal is to bring qualified meetings and new clients for TopSkill. You will work on outreach, lead identification, and communication with founders and hiring managers globally.

You will receive complete access to all the tools, training, data, and strategies needed to perform well.

What You'll Do

  • Identify potential clients, founders, HR teams, and hiring managers from global markets.
  • Run structured outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Set up qualified meetings for the TopSkill sales team.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with international prospects.
  • Maintain lead databases, outreach trackers, and CRM entries.
  • Work with the founders to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Represent TopSkill with clarity, confidence, and professionalism in every conversation.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in reaching out to new people daily.
  • Self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Interest in sales, business development, and startups.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Prior experience is not required. Attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
