Three60zzz Agency is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support client acquisition, lead generation, and agency growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to sales, partnerships, outreach, and market research in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities to identify new business leads.
- Build and maintain prospect lists based on the agency's ideal client profile.
- Assist with lead generation through email outreach, LinkedIn, calls, and follow-ups.
- Support the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings between prospects and the business development team.
- Update CRM sheets, sales trackers, and lead databases with accurate activity records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content team to align outreach campaigns with agency offerings.
- Help identify partnership, collaboration, and networking opportunities for agency growth.
- Track responses, follow up with warm leads, and support pipeline management.
- Participate in sales meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training activities to understand the agency's business development process.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with internet research, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or client servicing is preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confident in speaking with prospects and maintaining professional communication.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team environment.
Work From Office Clause
This is a work-from-office internship, and selected candidates are expected to be physically present at the assigned office location during working hours. Attendance, in-person coordination, and direct collaboration with the team are part of the role expectation unless otherwise approved by management and stated in company policy or contract terms.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead generation tools.
- Interest in sales, branding, digital marketing, or agency business growth.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Canva.
