Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in business development, brand partnerships, marketing, influencer marketing, advertising, or media sales. The ideal candidate should have experience working with brands, understanding marketing objectives, and building strategic partnerships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, approach, and onboard potential brand partners and clients.

* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market research.

* Develop relationships with marketing teams, brand managers, and decision-makers across industries.

* Understand client marketing objectives and recommend influencer marketing solutions that align with their goals.

* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.

* Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and partnership decks.

* Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing partnerships.

* Coordinate with campaign, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of client campaigns.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and business development activities using CRM and tracking tools.

* Contribute to revenue growth by achieving business development and partnership targets.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Brand Partnerships, Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Advertising, Media Sales, or Client Acquisition.

* Prior experience working with brands, marketing teams, agencies, or client-facing roles is highly preferred.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and brand collaboration strategies.

* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

* Proven experience in lead generation, client outreach, and partnership development.

* Strong analytical and market research skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in influencer marketing agencies, advertising agencies, media companies, or digital marketing firms.

* Existing network of brand contacts is a plus.

* Understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital marketing trends.
