Business Development Intern (Remote | Part-Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The intern will support business growth initiatives through market research, customer engagement, lead generation, and business communication. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build strong communication, sales, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and potential clients.

• Assist in customer service and handle client queries professionally.

• Support business development activities including cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and business proposals for potential clients.

• Understand customer needs by actively listening and responding effectively.

• Communicate clearly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Resolve customer concerns with strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Adapt communication style based on customer preferences and requirements.

• Continuously improve telephonic and interpersonal communication skills through practice and feedback. Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good listening and problem-solving ability.

• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.

• Basic knowledge of sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.

• Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.

Internship Details Duration: 93 days + 6 days training

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Working Days: 6 days per week

(Flexible) Working Hours: 3 flexible hours per day (between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Stipend: Unpaid
