Business Development Intern

We are looking for a disciplined and organised Business Development Intern for our Indirapuram Office- 3 Months Internship with PPO for Final Year Management Students (BBA/MBA)

Candidates with own laptops only- 3 Openings- Office Based- 10 to 6

This is a focused research and B2B outreach role.

The primary responsibility is to identify relevant business opportunities,

reach out to the right people, share our company profile/portfolio, follow up systematically, and connect interested prospects with senior management.

Important- This is NOT a tele-calling or cold-calling profile.

The role is primarily (80%) based on:

Online research → identifying relevant contacts → sharing approved profiles → follow-up → connecting interested prospects with the senior.

Occasional calls may be required, but cold calling is not the primary responsibility.

• Ideal Candidate- Final Year Management Student fluent in English
• Disciplined, consistent and dependable
• Comfortable working with clear daily outreach targets
• Good internet research skills
• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp and online platforms
• Organised with follow-ups and record-keeping
• Able to work independently
• Prior experience in business development, research, outreach, client coordination or lead generation is preferred

Compensation- Fixed Stipend 5k + Performance-based Incentives

Additional incentives for successful business opportunities, collaborations and converted clients originating from the candidate's outreach.
