Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive (Jr. BD)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to support lead generation and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in cold emailing, and familiarity with sales intelligence tools to identify and engage potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.
  • Conduct cold emailing and follow-up campaigns to engage prospective clients.
  • Use tools such as Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales platforms to identify decision-makers and gather prospect information.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/business development team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Track outreach activities and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate can apply.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong email drafting and professional communication abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
