Position: International Business Development Intern
Location: NoidaDuration: 3–6 Months InternshipStipend: Performance-Based + Incentives

Role Overview

As an International Business Development Intern at ANewswire, you will play a key role in expanding our global client base by identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting client acquisition efforts across international markets. You will work closely with the sales and business development team to promote ANewswire's PR distribution, CEO interview, media outreach, and digital PR services to startups, SMEs, agencies, and enterprises worldwide.

This role offers hands-on exposure to international B2B sales, lead generation, client communication, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients across global markets including startups, SMEs, PR agencies, marketing firms, and corporations.
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, networking platforms, and online databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Assist in preparing customized business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Support senior business development managers during client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and target geographies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, communications, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach campaigns and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Draft and send professional outreach emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up communications.
  • Monitor lead generation and conversion metrics and contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Assist in developing strategic partnerships and agency relationships in international markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA, BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Mass Communication, International Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and business development processes.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to conduct online research and identify business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship or project experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client servicing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Knowledge of PR, media relations, digital marketing, or branding industries.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Understanding of international business communication and client engagement.
