#The nature of this internship role provided is non-sales target based.

Role : Business Development Intern

Work Mode: Work from Office Only.

Location: Pearls Omaxe Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, 7th Floor,701, New Delhi, 110034 nearest metro station is Netaji Subhash Place.

Duration : 4 Months ( On-Site )

Incentives: Additional incentives for each sale closed based on performance only.

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Available for top performers

Stipend : Paid

Timings: 10 AM- 6 PM (Monday-Saturday)

Joining: Immediate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern who understands the basics of sales and has the confidence to engage with clients over calls and email. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, booking appointments, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive introductory calls to prospective B2B clients to pitch our digital marketing services.

  • Assist in booking meetings, demos, and introductory calls with the clients.

  • Identify client needs and qualify leads for the sales team.

  • End-to-end handling of CRM activities (lead entry, tracking, updates, follow-ups)

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.

  • Maintain CRM records and track regular follow-ups.

  • Assist in preparing basic sales pitches and presentations

  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets

  • Maintain a structured follow-up process with the clients.

  • Generate weekly sales reports on lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and outreach volume.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of sales processes (lead qualification, follow-ups, closing basics)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in handling client calls and queries
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in client interactions
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
