Job Overview
We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The role involves regular communication, understanding client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience, along with maintaining proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Handle client queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems
- Prepare and manage client-related documentation (contracts, reports, agreements, etc.)
- Ensure all client interactions and updates are properly documented
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Strong attention to detail for documentation work
- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to handle multiple clients at once
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in documentation or administrative work is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
