Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The role involves regular communication, understanding client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience, along with maintaining proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions
  • Maintain client records and update CRM systems
  • Prepare and manage client-related documentation (contracts, reports, agreements, etc.)
  • Ensure all client interactions and updates are properly documented
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles
  • Strong attention to detail for documentation work
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple clients at once
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in documentation or administrative work is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
