Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Technical Presales Executive. The role involves supporting the sales team by understanding client requirements, presenting tailored business solutions, and preparing compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The responsibilities include identifying potential leads, establishing communication with prospective clients, and providing technical support throughout the presales phase. You will collaborate closely with both technical and sales teams to address customer queries and deliver customized presentations that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and engage prospective clients
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting effectively with clients
  • Experience in creating and managing RFP responses
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with business process outsourcing or IT support is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
