Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Achieve daily calling target of minimum 100 calls

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

• Explain products/services effectively and convincingly

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Generate leads and ensure timely follow-ups

• Maintain call records and daily reporting

• Contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide relevant information
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and managing call logs
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a bonus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an added advantage
