- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase Zimyo's product offerings and value proposition
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals
Sales Strategy-
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns for lead generation
- Develop sales plans and forecasts to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Market Research Insights:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of offerings
Reporting Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results in the CRM system
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- 05 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or HR tech
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with HR software solutions is an advantage
