Job Description

Client Engagement-

  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase Zimyo's product offerings and value proposition
  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals

Sales Strategy-

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns for lead generation
  • Develop sales plans and forecasts to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Market Research Insights:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of offerings

Reporting Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results in the CRM system
  • Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and provide actionable insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 05 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or HR tech
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HR software solutions is an advantage
