We are expanding our sales team to grow our inbound and outbound sales efforts across global markets.
Role Overview:
The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for converting inbound leads, exploring new channels for international and domestic lead generation, pitching effectively, and driving consistent monthly revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Conversion:
- Handle inbound leads from multiple sources (ads, website, social media, referrals, outreach, etc.).
- Understand client requirements, qualify leads, and move them through a defined sales pipeline.
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline to improve conversion rates.
International & Domestic Lead Generation:
- Identify new avenues to generate leads from India and global markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc.).
- Explore channels such as LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, partnerships, communities, directories, and B2B platforms.
- Build a healthy pipeline with consistent weekly targets.
Client Pitching & Consultation:
- Present branding, packaging, UI/UX, websites, social media, and photoshoot services clearly.
- Assist clients in understanding deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
Deal Closure & Coordination:
- Drive the complete sales cycle from first contact to proposal, negotiation, closure, and advance payment.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, UI/UX, content, founders) for accurate scoping and handovers.
Relationship Building:
- Maintain long-term relationships for upsells, renewals, and recurring projects.
- Manage communication with international clients when required across time zones.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, BD, or client acquisition (agency experience preferred).
- Ability to handle and convert inbound leads effectively.
- Experience with Meta Ads leads is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills for international pitching.
- Understanding of design, branding, UI/UX, or marketing services.
- Goal-driven, persuasive, consistent, and organized.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM/Excel, outreach tools, and presentation decks.
