Company Description Xipper is a travel tech platform for hospitality in India.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching target markets, generating qualified leads, and building a healthy sales pipeline. The role includes conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting Xipper's offerings, and preparing proposals tailored to client needs. The individual will manage and grow key accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Daily responsibilities also involve tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing market feedback to help refine products, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Business planning, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Strong Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and qualification of potential clients.
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in Account Management, including relationship-building, retention, and upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort using CRM and sales productivity tools, as well as basic proficiency with office productivity software.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, customer-focused or tech-enabled environment in Mumbai or similar markets is an advantage.

Salary - 20,000

Time - Mon-Sat (9am-7pm)
