We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive - Field Sales to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in field sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
