Position: Business Development Executive

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Xipper's network of hospitality partners while managing and nurturing existing relationships. You will work closely with hotels, resorts, hostels, and homestays to onboard them onto the platform, support their growth, and help them maximise the value they derive from Xipper's solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship-building, problem-solving, and working at the intersection of hospitality, technology, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential hospitality partners including hotels, resorts, hostels, and homestays.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners onto the Xipper platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality partners.
  • Manage partner accounts, listings, inventory, and booking-related information.
  • Assist partners in optimising their performance and revenue potential on the platform.
  • Address partner queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
  • Support partnership growth and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance and share insights to improve engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates from Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Basic understanding of sales, account management, customer success, or hospitality operations is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
