Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and driving lead generation efforts. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to account management, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure alignment with company goals. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet targets is a core part of this position.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven track record of identifying and converting opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for client engagement, negotiation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the jewellery or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
