Job Description

At WorkBuddyHR, we are building a modern HRMS platform designed to simplify and automate HR operations for growing businesses. Our mission is to help companies manage their workforce efficiently through smart, user-friendly, and scalable HR solutions.

We work closely with startups, SMEs, and enterprises to solve real HR challenges across attendance, payroll, leave management, employee engagement, onboarding, performance tracking, and workforce automation.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and other outbound activities
  • Identify potential clients and schedule product demos with decision-makers
  • Pitch WorkBuddyHR solutions and explain product offerings to prospective customers
  • Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work closely with the founders on sales strategy, customer feedback, and business growth initiatives
  • Maintain and update lead data, sales pipeline, and daily activity reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Interest in sales, business development, and startup growth
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions
  • Basic understanding of SaaS or HRMS products is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Compensation & Benefits
  • Fixed salary: ₹20,000 per month
