Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role will also involve conducting market research, creating strategies to expand the customer base, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential clients.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Outstanding Communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Good understanding of Business processes and strategies.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, client acquisition, or marketing is advantageous.
