Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern

Job Type - Full-Time Internship

Number of Positions - 3 Openings

Stipend - ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive Interns to 

support the growth of our SaaS products by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, 

scheduling product demonstrations, and assisting in sales conversions.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in client 

interactions, and enthusiasm for software and SaaS sales. This role offers direct exposure to 

startup business operations and customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and field visits.

• Identify and connect with potential clients including schools, colleges, startups, SMBs, 

and enterprises.

• Schedule product demos and follow up with prospective customers.

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to support business growth initiatives.

• Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

• Support sales presentations, client communication, and proposal discussions.

• Assist in achieving monthly business development targets.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.

• Comfortable using email platforms, WhatsApp, Excel Sheets, and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.

• Confidence in client communication and networking.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

• Lead generation and cold calling experience.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and sales communication.

• Interest in SaaS products and technology-driven businesses.
