JOB SUMMARY;

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 13 years of relevant experience in advertising, digital marketing, media, or production environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales closures.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES;

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across corporate and MNC clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, marketing teams, and brand managers
  • Present Wilmarcs Motion Pictures offerings in corporate films, brand videos, and digital content solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a strong focus on growth and profitability
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, production, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 13 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within advertising, digital marketing, media, or production industries
  • Proven sales closure experience, preferably with corporate or MNC clients
  • Strong understanding of media, content, and production-driven solutions
  • Experience handling B2B clients and long-term business relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
