Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic Junior Sales Executives to join our global outreach team in Bangalore.

This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for professionals who are confident communicators, have strong written and verbal English skills, and are passionate about international business development.

You will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing global leads through phone and email outreach, supporting Allied's sales pipeline across the UK, EU, and US markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective global clients to introduce Allied's services.
  • Qualify and schedule meetings for senior sales leaders based on interest and fit.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity reports in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-ups and target outreach lists.
  • Track engagement metrics and meet weekly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects across multiple geographies and verticals.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and client success stories to articulate value propositions effectively.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 13 years of experience in sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable speaking with international clients.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of B2B or technology-driven sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet goals under minimal supervision.

Preferred:

  • Experience in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Exposure to global or technology markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or any related field.
