Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Noida. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Daily tasks may include conducting market research, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong understanding of Business strategies and market trends
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Account Management, building and nurturing relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics is a plus
