Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Chandigarh, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, negotiating contracts, exploring potential markets, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Knowledge of Business strategies and Account Management
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in closing deals
  • Experience in the technology or IT services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
