Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective outreach campaigns to potential clients in the UK market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring clear communication.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
• Proficiency in speaking with a UK accent is essential.
• Previous experience in the outsourcing industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
