We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for managing inbound leads and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. This role does not involve lead generation; the focus is on effective communication, requirement understanding, and converting incoming inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to inbound leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions/services

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Operations) for timely delivery

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure conversion

Convert inbound inquiries into qualified business opportunities

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or tracking tools

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and related documentation

Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1.5 2 years of experience in BDE / Client Handling / Sales Coordination

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities

Ability to understand and address client requirements effectively

Experience in handling inbound queries (no cold calling / lead generation)

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Background:

Experience in IT services / service-based companies

Exposure to domestic or international client handling

Working Days & Compensation Policy:

Monday to Friday: Work From Office (WFO)

Saturday & Sunday: Work From Home (WFH)

Employees working on weekends will be eligible for either:

Compensatory Off (Comp-Off) on another working day

OR

Additional Payout as per company policy
