Role Overview

Business Development is the energetic frontline force of Vinton's growth engine. This role is central to building Vinton's pipeline at the grassroots level by engaging with architects, designers, contractors, and project consultants to introduce Vinton's premium metalworks offerings, generate qualified leads, and support the BD team. Nurturing and converting opportunities. The Executive -BD will develop into Vinton's next generation of business development leaders through structured mentoring and real-world exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule a minimum of 10–15 client meetings/presentations per month.
  • Contribute to pipeline building that supports the team's quarterly revenue target.
  • Actively support conversion of assigned leads into purchase orders under the guidance of the AM/SM.
  • Ensure 100% CRM hygiene — daily update of all calls, visits, and client interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing in construction industries; freshers from architecture/design backgrounds with strong aptitude may apply.
  • Basic understanding of architectural products, materials, or metalworks is preferred.
  • Comfortable with travel within the assigned geography.
