Its flagship products include SyncWIZ, a 16-channel broadcast compliance recorder and multiviewer that supports a wide range of input sources and professional output formats, and BridgeWIZ, a multi-protocol live video gateway for real-time format conversion and graphics overlay. Founded in 2018, Tricube's team brings over 30 years of combined broadcast industry experience spanning RF engineering, satellite operations, US network television, and enterprise technology. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kochi, India, focused on broadcast and media technology solutions. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with broadcasters, media networks, system integrators, and enterprise customers across India and other key markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting lead generation activities, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and product demos, and coordinating with technical teams to understand and address customer requirements. The individual will build and maintain long-term relationships with accounts, negotiate commercial terms under guidance, and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to leadership. The position also includes representing Tricube at industry events, gathering market feedback, and contributing to go-to-market strategies for products like SyncWIZ and BridgeWIZ.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Experience in Account Management and client relationship building, preferably with broadcasters, media networks, or system integrators.
  • Effective Communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain complex solutions clearly.
  • Solid understanding of Business concepts, sales cycles, and commercial negotiation within B2B technology or media environments.
  • Prior exposure to broadcast, streaming, or media technology (e.g., SDI, NDI, SRT, RTMP, HLS) is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, with a proactive and self-directed approach to targets and deadlines.
  • Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline without daily supervision and is motivated by results and revenue targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and industry events as required.
