Position: Business Development Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build brand awareness, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and interior industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Create awareness and generate demand for Nishabd Acoustic Solutions and Knauf Ceiling Solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, contractors, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts across Kerala.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with clients.
- Track projects from specification stage through execution.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related roles
- Experience in interiors, construction materials, building products, architectural products, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, practical, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers
- Willingness to travel across Kerala

Salary & Incentives
- ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month
