Job Description: Business Development Executive
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify target companies, develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns (email, social media), and qualify/nurture leads until they are sales ready.
- Marketing Material Development: Create high-impact marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, white papers) and translate complex technical services into clear value propositions.
- Market Strategy & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze campaign performance, and report findings to the Division Head.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the IT services, software development, or embedded systems industry.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Must Have Skills
- Proven track record of successfully generating qualified sales leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content.
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and market trends.
Good to Have Skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Basic understanding of embedded systems, software development life cycles, and IoT technologies.
- Basic understanding of utilizing relevant AI tools to expedite day to day work
