Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities, coordinate with / for lead generation activities, develop sales strategies.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Understanding client needs and offer solutions and support; Address potential client questions and pursue for opportunity; respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Able to understand management and sales goals, plan, and forecast, develop and work through short- term and long-term business development plans.
- Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives and research for organizations and individuals to fetch new opportunities.
- Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
- Strong in communication both written and verbal.
- Able to training and helping team members develop their skills.
- Able to guide teams and guide to align with goals.
