Company: Vectra Staffing

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Experience Required: 2-4 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

Vectra Staffing is looking to hire a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager to support the companys growth across staffing, outsourcing, and accounting services.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in business development within staffing, outsourcing, accounting, or related service industries, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client outreach to negotiation and closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across staffing, outsourcing, and accounting service verticals
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
  • Understand client business requirements and position relevant service solutions effectively
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, commercial discussions, and negotiations
  • Coordinate internally for proposal creation, service alignment, and onboarding support
  • Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to account growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities to support expansion efforts
  • Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within staffing, outsourcing, accounting, or service-based industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to independently manage the sales and business development cycle
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and client retention
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities
  • Professional attitude, ownership, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools is preferred
