About the RoleWe're hiring ambitious, energetic, and target-driven professionals for an Inside Sales / Business Development role.

You'll be responsible for engaging prospective customers, generating interest, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth through consistent customer interaction and sales follow-ups.

RequirementsConduct outbound sales calls and customer outreach activities
Engage and qualify prospective customers through consultative conversations
Explain product/service value propositions and handle objections effectively
Generate leads and drive customer conversions
Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with prospects
Update lead status, pipelines, and customer interactions using CRM tools
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment
Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and sales performance
Contribute directly to customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives
2–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Business Development, Outbound Calling, or Lead Generation
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable handling customer conversations and sales objections
Experience working in target-driven or revenue-focused roles
Strong ownership mindset, resilience, and execution ability
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes is preferred
Willingness to work from the Ahmedabad office, 6 days/week
