Role & Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new construction project leads

Coordinate with builders, developers, consultants & architects

Track tenders, enquiries, and upcoming projects

Prepare and follow up on company proposals, quotations & proposals

Maintain client follow-ups and lead status

Support management in business expansion activities

Requirements:

25 Years Experience

Education: Any degree (MBA optional)

Skills: Communication, negotiation, construction knowledge, tenders/BOQs/contracts, MS Excel & email
