Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base. The role blends strategy, engagement marketing, CRM and growth execution to ensure a steady influx of potential leads and qualified opportunities. Report to Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, understand their needs and preferences, and tailor acquisition efforts accordingly.
- Utilize various digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to reach and engage potential customers.
- Generate high-quality leads through effective lead generation techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Optimize conversion funnels to maximize the conversion rate of acquired leads to customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in customer acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and business development team to ensure smooth handoff and alignment of customer acquisition efforts with sales objectives.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for the leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, preferably marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales/ business development.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition in the B2B industry, preferably textile.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and email marketing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer acquisition.
