About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing business relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, client engagement, and achieving sales targets.
Note : ( Freshers with 6 months experience in Sales / BD can also apply )
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services.
Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct product demos.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) for smooth onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation and cold outreach.
Understanding of sales funnel and closing techniques.
Comfortable with target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in SaaS / IT Services / Staffing / Consulting sales.
Exposure to international sales process
LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
Strong presentation skills.
