Key Responsibilities:
Internal Trackers & PowerPoint Presentations:
Maintain and update internal trackers for ongoing business development activities.
Create and present PowerPoint decks for internal meetings, management reviews, and business proposals.
Documentation Support:
Assist in coordinating Letters of Intent (LOI) and lease agreements.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation related to property agreements.
Internal Coordination:
Liaise with cross-functional teams (operations, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of business development processes.
Provide necessary updates and communication to all relevant stakeholders
Landlord/Owner Negotiations:
Analyze property profitability and operational costs for underperforming locations.
Engage in negotiations with landlords/owners for rent reduction and lease adjustments to optimize costs.

Finance Coordination:
Track and monitor security deposits (SD) and rent payouts with the finance team.
Ensure timely follow-ups on payments and adjustments as per agreements.
Market Research:
Conduct research on emerging markets, new developments, and upcoming brands entering India.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends for business
expansion opportunities.
Knowledge and Skills:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related
field.
Experience:3+ years of experience in business development
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and either Regional Language or Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (presentations).
Basic knowledge of documentation and agreement processes.
Desired profile
