Job Description:
As a BD Executive/Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving property visits, setting B2B meetings, and converting inquiries into bookings for our co-living accommodations. Your primary goal will be to boost occupancy rates and facilitate business growth by managing client relationships and executing outreach strategies across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms to create interest in our co-living offerings.
- Schedule Property Visits: Persuade prospective clients to visit our properties, showcasing the features and benefits of living with Union.
- On-ground B2B Meetings: Arrange and attend in-person meetings with HR departments of corporate firms and other potential partners to promote our accommodation solutions for employees and interns.
- LinkedIn Outreach & Cold Messaging: Connect with HR professionals, decision-makers, and key stakeholders via LinkedIn to expand our B2B network and generate new business opportunities.
- Cold Emailing for B2B: Develop and execute targeted cold email campaigns to reach corporate clients, offering tailored co-living solutions to meet their workforce housing needs.
- Client Follow-up: Build rapport with leads through regular follow-ups, addressing any concerns and guiding them toward conversion.
- Bookings and Closures: Drive occupancy and revenue by converting visits and corporate meetings into confirmed bookings, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Content Creation Support: Assist in producing content to keep Google Business and Instagram profiles updated, promoting the properties and the Union Living brand.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client demands to provide value-added solutions.
- Reporting: Track outreach efforts, meetings, visits, conversions, and key performance metrics, reporting progress and insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, B2B sales, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- B2B Relationship Building: Experience in managing B2B outreach via platforms like LinkedIn and cold emailing.
- Self-driven and Persuasive: Ability to handle rejection, maintain enthusiasm, and convert leads into successful deals.
- Time Management & Organization: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple leads, visits, and meetings simultaneously.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
