Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, based in Noida, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, Follow-Ups, Managing Leads, pitching training programs, and closing clients. A mix of in-office and remote work is permissible, providing flexibility while ensuring effective collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development (any industry).
  • Intermediate-level English required; must be able to speak, read, and understand English confidently.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and online meeting platforms (Zoom / Google Meet).
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be self-disciplined and able to work in a hybrid setup (work from home + office).
  • Freshers without sales experience are not eligible.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and strategies.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
