Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, confident Business Development Executive who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role involves business growth, corporate client acquisition, and partial artist management, along with exposure to social media and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Business development and corporate client acquisition

Lead generation and deal closures

Celebrity & artist coordination (temporary / project-based artist management)

Basic artist management support during events and campaigns

Social media handling and coordination (brand & artist pages)

Exposure to influencer marketing and digital collaborations

Who Can Apply

Freshers and students currently pursuing their degree are welcome

Confident, upbeat, smart, and comfortable working under pressure

Quick learner with strong communication skills

Ability to move fast and adapt in a dynamic environment

Preferred (Add-On Skills)

Knowledge of social media management

Understanding of influencer marketing

Interest in the events, entertainment, and artist management industry
