Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Inside Sales Executive (fresher). The responsibilities include identifying potential clients through lead generation, maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves engaging with customers through phone, email, or in-person meetings to achieve sales targets and presenting the company's products and services effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to create positive client interactions
• Basic understanding of Sales processes and strategies to achieve assigned targets and build customer relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education; relevant internships or experience in sales is a plus
