Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kochi. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing accounts, and driving lead generation. The role will support the company's growth objectives by identifying potential clients, presenting business proposals, and maintaining positive client relationships to scale revenue and market presence.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Proven expertise in Account Management and fostering client relationships
  • Strong Business acumen and an ability to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a team, meet targets, and adapt to a dynamic business environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the elevator or construction industry is an added advantage
