Role Description

This full-time on-site position is located in Kochi, where the Business Development Executive & Course Counselor will play an instrumental role in driving growth and guiding prospective students. The key responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, counseling students on suitable courses, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong professional relationships. The role also involves market research and ensuring the alignment of students educational needs with the institute's offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying growth opportunities
• Strong skills in Account Management and Business Planning
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and counsel students
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in the education or life sciences sector is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
