Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Kochi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. The Business Development Executive will actively contribute to achieving sales targets, developing strategies for business growth, and promoting Maxworth's industrial minerals and metal offerings in target markets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and client relationship management
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of business and workforce development practices
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Experience in industrial minerals, metals trading, or related industries is an advantage
  • Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
