Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2C market through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
  2. Execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials tailored to target clients.
  4. Nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
  6. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and sales activity documentation for management review.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
  2. Proven track record of at least 1 year in sales.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales deals.
  4. Self-motivated and target-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, and willingness to travel as required.
  6. Relevant experience in UPSC field

-Compensation up to 5LPA (Fixed)
